The staff were fantastic, always helpful and welcoming. The hotel boasts a stunning mountain view that adds charm to the experience. I especially appreciated the cozy bar atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing.
The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.

the pool was colder than the slopes, and how lovely that they put the sauna on a separate floor! the breakfast, if you can call it that, was a travesty. How could anyone expect just a few warm options to appease discerning guests? i almost left a good review, but the incompetence of it all just couldn’t allow it.

great stay with minor room issues
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made my family feel at home. The double room was clean with a fantastic city view that added charm to our mornings. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the on-site restaurant prepared mouth-watering meals.
The bathroom lacked adequate ventilation.

comfortable stay with some room for improvement
The staff created an incredibly warm atmosphere, ensuring my family felt right at home. The double room was impressively clean and came with a lovely balcony offering a beautiful mountain view. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, where the quality of food was high and the selection was quite satisfying.
The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, which was inconvenient for staying connected.

The heated ski lockers provided quick access to gear, making post-ski life way easier. The layout of the room designs is modern, and the decor creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
The sofa bed in the Deluxe Suite is a nightmare for taller guests. it lacks comfort and makes a good rest impossible. The window issues in the living area being condemned resulted in stifling heat with no airflow, causing discomfort at night. the wellness facilities didn't impress—specifically, the sauna and pool being on separate levels creates hassle, while the pool temperature felt more like a cold shower. Breakfast also fell flat. the variety was limited, and scrambled eggs served cold is a definite miss.

Perfect family getaway!
We had an awesome 3-night stay! The staff were super chill and really made us feel at home. The bar was a cozy spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. One tiny issue was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit spotty sometimes. great vibes and a fun family trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and beautifully designed lobby, which was always welcoming. The bar area had a charming atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Accessibility throughout the hotel made it easy for me.
More fresh fruit options at breakfast would be nice.

I had a lovely 5-night stay in a Double Room with Balcony. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the delicious choices available each morning. I also enjoyed the cute pool with a stunning view. the room had issues with the TV, and it would have been great to have more channels or a way to stream content. Despite this, I would definitely choose this place again!

Just a reliable pick for a budget stay in Avoriaz with exceptional value. The breakfast included decent options, but it could have more variety. Try to enjoy the pool area as it's a nice spot to relax after skiing.
